1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and wowpg (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed online gaming operator authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online casino services, sports betting, and related gaming products to users physically located in the Philippines.

By creating an account on the wowpg platform, accessing our website at wowpg.cam, downloading our mobile applications, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and may not create or maintain an account with wowpg.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address, in-platform notifications upon login, or through prominent notices on our website. Your continued use of wowpg services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activities on wowpg. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. wowpg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. wowpg employs geolocation technology to verify player location, and attempts to circumvent these controls through VPNs, proxy servers, or other means constitute a material breach of these terms and will result in account termination.

2.2 Account Creation Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made under your account credentials. You agree to notify wowpg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wowpg is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before permitting real-money gaming or processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, or other acceptable forms of identification. Additional documentation including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) may be required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wowpg will result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds, place bets, or access certain platform features. wowpg reserves the right to request updated documentation periodically or when suspicious activity is detected. All documents submitted undergo verification processes that may take up to seventy-two (72) hours, though most verifications are completed within twenty-four (24) hours.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wowpg accepts deposits through various payment methods specifically tailored for the Philippine market, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank and other major Philippine banks, over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven locations, cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, transaction history, and verification level.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to you will be refunded to the source (minus applicable transaction fees), and your wowpg account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy is enforced to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect against fraud.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum deposit limits apply based on your account verification level and transaction history. Players may set personal deposit limits through responsible gaming controls in their account settings. Deposits are typically credited to your wowpg account balance instantly or within minutes, though bank transfers may require up to several hours for processing depending on the financial institution.

wowpg does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency exchange) may impose transaction fees that are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to understand any fees charged by your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions on wowpg are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a cryptocurrency or other non-PHP method, the funds will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are determined by third-party providers and may include a small conversion margin. wowpg is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time you initiate a transaction and when it is processed.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method is no longer available, wowpg will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method that complies with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method but typically start at PHP 300. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and may range from PHP 50,000 to PHP 500,000 per transaction for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP players. Players may request multiple withdrawals within a twenty-four (24) hour period subject to these individual transaction limits and cumulative daily limits.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

wowpg processes most withdrawal requests within eighteen (18) minutes on average, making us one of the fastest payout operators in the Philippine market. However, processing times may vary based on several factors including payment method selected, account verification status, transaction amount, and time of request. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour once approved.

First-time withdrawals and large transactions may require additional security verification and manual review by our finance department, which may extend processing times up to seventy-two (72) hours. wowpg reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals to ensure account security and regulatory compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees and Restrictions

wowpg does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than three withdrawals within a twenty-four-hour period) or for withdrawals that do not meet minimum thresholds. Your payment provider may impose receiving fees that are beyond our control.

Players must complete wagering requirements on deposited funds before withdrawals are permitted. Typically, deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This requirement prevents money laundering and abuse of our payment systems. Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to separate, more stringent wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

Players found engaging in such activities will have their accounts immediately terminated, all winnings voided, and balances forfeited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension or termination:

• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Participating in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to guarantee profits
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform
• Using offensive language, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other players or wowpg staff
• Sharing account credentials or selling account access to third parties
• Placing bets or participating in games while located outside the Philippines

5.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

wowpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. All players are required to gamble within their financial means and to treat gaming as entertainment rather than income. We provide various responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players experiencing gambling problems are encouraged to utilize these tools and to seek professional assistance.

Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not available to professional gamblers, bonus abusers, or players engaging in arbitrage or other risk-free betting strategies. wowpg reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, or close accounts of players found to be abusing promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play with other players, or betting patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Only winnings generated from bonus funds (up to applicable maximum cashout limits) can be withdrawn once requirements are satisfied. The original bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable and will be removed from your balance upon withdrawal request. Players may opt out of bonuses at any time through their account settings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, trademarks, logos, brand names, code, and other materials on the wowpg platform are owned by or licensed to wowpg and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. The wowpg name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wowpg platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our platform except as necessary for normal platform usage (e.g., temporary browser caching).

You may not use any automated systems such as scrapers, robots, or spiders to access the platform, collect content, or monitor activities. You may not frame or mirror any portion of the platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of wowpg intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action for damages.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

wowpg provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain high service standards, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, wowpg and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall wowpg's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of our services exceed the amount you paid to wowpg in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or limitations, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wowpg, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the platform, your violation of any rights of third parties, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of wowpg services, or your relationship with wowpg shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and wowpg, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is not successful, you agree to participate in good faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between you and wowpg.

As a condition of using wowpg services, you agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against wowpg. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this dispute resolution provision shall be null and void.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your wowpg account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding fees or obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

wowpg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts, or extended periods of inactivity. In the event of account termination for breach of terms, wowpg may withhold account balances and void any pending bets or bonuses.

Accounts with balances that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to monthly administrative fees of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. wowpg will provide notice via email before imposing inactivity fees.

11. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and wowpg regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

No Waiver: The failure of wowpg to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of wowpg. wowpg may freely assign or transfer these terms or any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction and without notice to you.
